We want everyone who visits the Pollo Tropical website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

What are we doing

Pollo Tropical is continuously taking steps to improve our website and online access for all customers. Fiesta Restaurant Group International (FRGI), our parent company, is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

We have set high standards for web accessibility and constantly strive to ensure we’re in compliance with all laws and guidelines. Our team is dedicated to making all of our online experiences the best they can be, and we collaborate with advocacy groups, industry partners and vendors to identify areas that need improvement.

How are we doing

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines. We’re working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, but we realize there are some areas that still need improving.

Let us know what you think

We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime, if you enjoyed using the pollotropical.com, or if you had trouble with any part of it, please get in touch. We’d like to hear from you in any of the following ways:
