Heat-seeking guests have a new way to enjoy Pollo Tropical’s famous citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken with new Spicy Chicken in two flavors, Diablo and Spicy Island BBQ, available beginning Monday, Oct. 31, through the end of year.
Pollo Tropical’s classic bone-in chicken is basted and grilled with a creamy blend of red jalapeños, garlic, lime juice and island spices to create Spicy Diablo. Spicy Island BBQ is made with a blend of Pollo Tropical’s signature guava BBQ sauce, tropical juices and an extra kick of island peppers and spices from Poyo-Poyo sauce for a subtler, sweeter heat.
The new Spicy Diablo and Spicy Island BBQ can be enjoyed as part of any Pollo Tropical menu items, such as in a customizable TropiChop bowl, with the choice of a rice or romaine lettuce base and toppings like beans, chopped fresh tomatoes, corn, sautéed onions and peppers, or the quarter chicken meal complete with a hearty serving of rice and beans. The sauces can also spice up the tropical chicken wings, chicken sandwich or wrap.
For even more flavor and heat, guests can visit Pollo Tropical’s famous Saucing Island® and enjoy any of the 10 signature sauces, including Cilantro Garlic and Curry Mustard. More information and a full menu can be found at www.PolloTropical.com.
