Pollo Tropical®, Florida’s favorite destination for famous flame-grilled chicken, roast pork and Caribbean-inspired signature side dishes, is opening its newest location and Daytona Beach debut at 1446 W. International Speedway Blvd. on Saturday, February 4.

The Grand Opening Beach Party at the new Pollo Tropical takes place from 10:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. and will feature music, Pollo Tropical gift certificate prizes, face painting, spin-to-win prizes, a surfing simulator, and more.  One lucky guest from among the first 100 to arrive for the festivities will even win Free Pollo Tropical for a Year!*

Participants are urged to arrive by 9:00 a.m. to be among the first 100 guests in line for the official opening at 10:30 a.m.  Guests participating in the Free Pollo Tropical for a Year raffle must be 18 years of age or over.

The new Daytona Beach Pollo Tropical location will feature the brand’s elevated blue design concept, which encompasses a new Caribbean-inspired architectural and interior design, hues of pastel blue and green, elevated furniture and accents – and servers running food ordered at the counter to the guest’s table.  The menu features all of the beloved Pollo Tropical items including Pollo Tropical’s signature citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken and array of authentic sauces and sides.  Guests can choose options that include Create Your Own TropiChops®, sandwiches and salads, wraps, platters, kids meals and family meals with generous portions of variety offered at a great value.  Made-from-scratch sides include rice, beans, yuca with garlic sauce, sweet plantains and many more.  Pollo Tropical uses ingredients without added trans fats or hormones.

The new Saucing Island® at Pollo Tropical brings on the flavor—and a little heat—with signature sauces that include Curry Mustard, Guava BBQ, Pineapple Rum, Cilantro Garlic and Spicy Poyo-Poyo. The sauces allow guests to customize their meals and tempt their taste buds with amazing tropical flavors.
