• POLLO TROPICAL® INTRODUCES BEEF IN JACKSONVILLE AND GEORGIA

Pollo Tropical® is introducing beef to its menu for a limited time. With a savory recipe nearly a year in the making, the new offering includes tender beef sautéed with fresh onions and peppers simmered in a sweet and slightly spicy sauce.

“We created this product for the customer who is looking to mix it up a little,” said Jeff Webb, Vice President of Research and Development for Pollo Tropical. “We are always looking for new ideas and this seemed the perfect way to add a little zest to our winter menu.”

The new beef is available in the brand’s famous Create Your Own TropiChop® – where customers select from an assortment of rice, beans, lettuce and a variety of toppings before completing their masterpiece with one of many fresh sauces. The Beef TropiChop can be combined with a fountain drink for just $5.29.

The new beef is also available in a wrap – complemented with melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses and served with a side and drink for just $5.29.

The new beef menu items will be available for a limited time only at all company-owned Pollo Tropical restaurants.
