Pollo Tropical, the fast casual restaurant known for its citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken and comfort-food-gone-Caribbean sides like corn souffle and balsamic tomatoes, celebrates the grand opening of its newest restaurant on Friday, June 10, at 4732 Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth.

Events kick off at 10:30 a.m. with remarks from the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and Pollo Tropical representatives. Doors open after the ribbon cutting, and the first 100 customers the day-long celebration will feature entertainment for the entire family, including a DJ, face painting, a balloon artist, a Robosurfer, spin-and-win prizes and more. The first 100 customers will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win Free Chicken for a Year* and will also receive a coupon for a free meal on a future visit, including any sandwich or wrap combo, small TropiChop bowl, or a quarter chicken meal with two sides.

“The shopping and entertainment options surrounding Bryant Irvin Road make this an excellent spot for our second Fort Worth location,” said Pollo Tropical Chief Operating Officer Danny Meisenheimer. “We will bring a unique dining option to the area, with island flavors and menu offerings that people can feel good about eating every day.”

The 3,700-square-foot restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, and will feature indoor and outdoor seating for more than 90 guests, with limited table service and a convenient drive-thru. Kids 12 and under eat free every Tuesday at Pollo Tropical from open to close with the purchase of an adult entree. Guests can receive a coupon for either a buy one, get one free small TropiChop® or $3 off a family meal by signing up for the Pollo Reward$® loyalty program.
