Pollo Tropical, the popular Caribbean-inspired fast casual restaurant, with 16 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, will add two more this September.

The North MacArthur Blvd. restaurant in Irving opens for business on Wednesday, Aug. 31, and will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, Sept. 16, with a party for the public beginning at 9 a.m. and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce at 10:45 a.m.

The family-friendly festivities will include a special appearance by Texas Rangers mascot Captain, a live DJ, Robo-Surfer, balloon twisting, face painting, photo booth, caricature artist and giveaways.

The Midway Road location opens for business on Wednesday, Sept. 14. On Friday, Sept. 23, the Midway location’s grand opening party kicks off at 9 a.m. featuring family fun, music and giveaways, as well as a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m. with the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

At each grand opening, the first 100 guests will receive coupons for a free meal on their next visit and be entered for a chance to win Free Chicken for a Year.*
