What Is Pollo Tropical® Catering?

Pollo Tropical Catering allows you to bring our delicious signature Caribbean inspired menu to any meeting or event you may have. From small office gatherings to large weddings to massive outdoor events – Pollo Catering can be tailored to any size group.

How do I place a catering order or get more information?

Simple. Just call our catering hotline at: 1-866-769-7696. Our catering specialists are ready and eager to assist you from 9AM to 11PM EST., 7 days a week.

Do you require any lead-times to place a catering order?

Yes. In order to accommodate your request we ask that you place your catering order at least one business day in advance. Deliveries and large parties may require slightly longer lead-times. We don’t want to make you wait, we just want to get it perfect.

Where and when can I pickup my order?

Catering orders can be picked up from any Pollo Tropical location during normal business hours — 10:30 AM to as late as 11:00 PM at most locations.

Where do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available in the following markets: Greater Orlando, West Melbourne, Jacksonville, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas locations. We require a minimum $100 order and charge a small delivery fee (oil prices!). Mileage restrictions may apply. How much Pollo should I order?

The quick answer is as much as possible. But if you want to get specific here are some recommended serving-sizes:

CHICKEN: a quarter chicken per person. (40 people = 10 whole chickens)

ROASTED PORK: a 4lb roast serves roughly 10 to 12 people.

CARIBBEAN RIBS: typically, a half-rack per person.

What extras do you provide with every catering order?

All catering packages come complete with plates, cutlery, napkins and serving utensils. Orders that include our gallon beverages will also include cups. If you require extra of any of the above – let your catering specialist know.

What methods of payment do you accept?
