Danny joined Pollo Tropical® in early 2012. His experience in restaurant marketing, branding and operations leadership spans more than 20 years, having previously served as Chief Brand Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the family dining and quick service restaurant categories. Danny is a University of Oklahoma graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies. He lives in Dallas with his wife Jennifer and their two school-aged children.

Bryan BatsonDirector of Finance
Bryan has more than 15 years of broadly diversified experience in corporate finance with functional and strategic knowledge in financial planning and operational performance. He also brings an understanding of restaurant operations previously holding positions in the casual and fine dining space. Bryan is a co-founder of an international non-profit organization, Ten for 10: Water for Africa and is an advocate for local community organizations and causes. Bryan earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He also holds a BA and BBA from Southern Methodist University.

Robert (Bob) MooreVice President, Restaurant Operations, West Region
Bob joined Pollo Tropical as Vice President of Operations in May of 2015, coming out of retirement after spending 35 years in the food service industry. Having held positions such as President/CEO at Western Sizzlin, CROO for Whataburger,Inc. and V.P. Operation Services for Sonic Corp. he found the unique opportunity to expand the Pollo Tropical brand beyond its roots in South Florida too enticing to stay on the sidelines. Bob and his wife Vanessa live in Austin so they can be close to their beloved University of Texas

Todd NonkenVice President, Marketing
Todd has 20 plus years of client and brand-building experience across many different industries and categories. He believes in relentless focus on strategy, consumer insights and overall consumer-experience planning as they each relate to brand building – valuing brand “experiences over exposures”. At Pollo Tropical Todd will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of all advertising, public relations, media, promotion and brand activities. Todd graduated from the University of Kansas and earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Eladio “Willie” RomeoVice President, Restaurant Operations, East Region
Willie joined Pollo Tropical in 2014 in Franchise Operations where he immediately utilized his 20 plus years of experience in both company and franchise operations. In his career, Willie has worked for two major brands including Dunkin Brands and Burger King where he was responsible for markets with 300 plus restaurants and over 6,000 employees. Willie was certified by Senn Delaney as a master trainer as a culture change agent. He enjoys living in South Florida and is an avid basketball and soccer fan.

Glenn RozanskyVice President of Real Estate and Construction
Glenn began his career in real estate development as a project manager at Rozansky & Kay Construction Company, specializing in retail and other commercial properties. Since 1992, Glenn’s been responsible for evaluating new markets, locating and securing sites, taking on the zoning and governmental approval process and overseeing construction and remodels of all our restaurants. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University, Glenn is married with two grown children and resides in Miami.

Vicky TimmerVice President, Brand Operations
Vicky began her career as an hourly crew person at Pizza Hut in 1978 and was promoted through the ranks to district manager and then recruited by CKE to improve its systems before moving on with a position at Carrols Corporation – one of the largest Burger King franchisees, and parent company of Taco Cabana Restaurants. In 2006, Vicky joined the tropical tribe as a Regional Director of Operations and now oversees the development and execution of brand level strategy, and initiatives.

Jeff WebbVice President, Purchasing and Research & Development
Jeff joined the company as Director of R&D 15 years ago. Prior to Pollo Tropical®, he served as Director of Purchasing for Worldwide Catering, as a Purchasing Manager for Norwegian Cruise Lines, Project Leader for Burger King Corporation as well as a Food Scientist for the Campbell Soup Company. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Jeff also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami and enjoys family time with his wife and two sons, fishing and all sports.
