Danny Meisenheimer, Chief Operating Officer
Danny joined Pollo Tropical® in early 2012. His experience in restaurant marketing, branding and operations leadership spans more than 20 years, having previously served as Chief Brand Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the family dining and quick service restaurant categories. Danny is a University of Oklahoma graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies. He lives in Miami with his wife Jennifer and their two school-aged children.

Glenn Rozansky, Vice President of Real Estate and Construction
Glenn began his career in real estate development as a project manager at Rozansky & Kay Construction Company, specializing in retail and other commercial properties. Since 1992, Glenn’s been responsible for evaluating new markets, locating and securing sites, taking on the zoning and governmental approval process and overseeing construction and remodels of all our restaurants. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University, Glenn is married with two grown children and resides in Miami.

Julio Murillo, Vice President of Finance
Julio’s experience in finance, accounting, auditing and forecasting spans more than 20 years and maintains memberships in both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Julio joined Pollo Tropical® in 1999 as a Controller, was promoted to his current position in 2008, and currently serves on the Pollo Tropical® senior management team. An alumnus of Florida International University, Julio lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with his wife and beautiful daughter.

Marc Mushkin, Senior Vice President of International Development
Marc has developed franchise systems domestically and internationally over four continents during his career. He has held leadership positions with El Torito, Captain D’s and Del Taco, and has lectured at Cornell’s International Management program. Marc joined Pollo in 2008, and his responsibilities include international development strategic planning, franchisee recruiting, market planning and operations as well as domestic licensing. Marc has two grown children and resides in Miami with his wife, Silvia.

Vicky Timmer, Vice President of Operations
Vicky began her career as an hourly crew person at Pizza Hut in 1978 and was promoted through the ranks to district manager and then recruited by CKE to improve its systems before moving on with a position at Carrols Corporation – one of the largest Burger King franchisees, and parent company of Taco Cabana Restaurants. In 2006, Vicky joined the tropical tribe as a Regional Director of Operations and now overseas all restaurant operations throughout Central Florida, Tampa, Southwest Florida and parts of South Florida.

Jeff Webb, Vice President, Purchasing and Research & Development
Jeff joined the company as Director of R&D 15 years ago. Prior to Pollo Tropical®, he served as Director of Purchasing for Worldwide Catering, as a Purchasing Manager for Norwegian Cruise Lines, Project Leader for Burger King Corporation as well as a Food Scientist for the Campbell Soup Company. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Jeff also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami and enjoys family time with his wife and two sons, fishing and all sports.
